Why Franglais?
The name Franglais comes from the blending of français and anglais, but for us, translation has always meant more than moving words from one language to another.

Jessica Dolcy founded Franglais Management in 2019 after building a career across international development, government, business, research, and community centered programming.
Her experience has consistently required moving between different systems and perspectives: between New York and abroad, institutions and communities, and policy and implementation.
That experience shaped the way Franglais approaches its work today.
Jessica has supported strategy development, assessments and evaluation, workforce development and stakeholder engagement across public, nonprofit, and international development settings.
